LAW-BREAKING SALOONS.
A NEW YORK SENSATION. Received March 26, 8,42 a. iri. : NEW YORK, Match 25. A sensation has been caused in New York by Police Commissioner Bingham and a magistrate named Whitman visiting saloons and finding them open after closing hours. Many police officials were there. The magistrate ordered numerous arrests.
