WOMEN'S SUFFRAGE.
Received March 25, 8.43 a.m. LONDON, March 24. As a result of a complaint by the Registrar-General, to the effect that she is neglecting her work, Mrs Pankhurst, one of the leaders of the suffragists, has resigned the position of Registrar of the Manchester districts.
