FRANCE AND SIAM.
Received March 25, 8.29 a.m. PARIS, March 24. By a new arrangement between France and Siam for the settlement of disputes, the former takes the rice provinces of Angkor, Battambang, and Sisophon. Received March 25, 9.35 p.m. PARIS. March 25. The Franco-Siamese settlement gives Siam territorial compensation and four ports on the Mekong River.
