Received March 24, 4.22 p.m. LONDON, March 23. The battleship Africa collided wilh the steamer Ormuz, off Portland. Both vessels were sJightJy damaged. The Ormuz reached Plymouth and the Africa Portland. Received March 25, 1.3 a.m. LONDON, March 23. The Ormuz is practically undamaged. She sailed again in the evening.
