A CIVIL ACTION.

NAPIER, March 22
In the Supreme Court, to-day, a civil action, A. L. Blythe v. Napier Star-Bowkett Building Society, a claim for £ll2 Is in connection with the sale of certain shares in the Society, which had been sold by the Society's late secretary (Mr George White), occupied the Court nearly all day, and the hearng will be resumed to-morrow.
