CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER
(By Telegraph—Special to the Age). GREYTOWN N., March 20. A charge of manslaughter was heard against Charles and Emily Higgison, at Grey town, to-day, before Mr W. P. James, S.M. After hearing the evidence His Worship committed both accused for trial at the Wellington Supreme Court. Bail wasgallowed in two (self) sureties of £SO each, and two of £SO, which was found by Messrs Humphries and Raison. The children were committed to an industrial home.
