ALLEGED BRUTALITY OF THAW. . Received March 20, 8.38 a.m. NEW YORK, March 19. Mrs Thaw's alleged affidavit declares that while they were living together in the Tyrol, Thaw stripped her and cowhided her until she fainted. She was compelled to remain in bed for three weeks. He repeated his attacks while they were in Switzerland and Paris, because she refused to wrongfully accuse White.
