UNSETTLED CONDITION OF THE COUNTRY. TROOPS TO BE SENT TO PROTECT BRITISH CONSULATES. Received March 15, 11.39 p.m. CALCUTTA, March 15. Owing to Persia's unsettled condition, the Indian Government is ready to send troops to protect the British Consulates. Received March 15, 11.40 p.m. TEHERAN, March 15. The Persian Parliament has been deputed to inform the Shah that his wilful opposition to a National Assembly is causing an anarchical condition in the country.
