ANARCHISTS AND SECRET SOCIETIES.
Received March 14, 8.26 a.m. SOFIA, March 13. Peteroff, who assassinated the Bulgarian Premier (M. Petkoff), has confessed that he belonged to a band of conspirators, who drew lots as to who should assassinate M. Petkoff. Peteroff drew the fatal number. ROME, March 13.^ The Italian police are watching for the arrival of an anarchist from America, who has been chosen to kill King Victor Emmanuel. Three hundred Camorrist ringleaders have been arrested at Naples, as the result of a Government crusade against secret criminal societies. (The Camorrists are members of a blackmailing secret society in Italy).
