A BOMB AT WARSAW. Received March 8, 8.18 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, March 7. A bomb destroyed the house of Prince Argutznski, director of the Government High School at Warsaw. The Prince was unhurt. The perpetrator escaped. MOSCOW UNIVERSITY ROBBED. A POLICE INSPECTOR KILLED. Received March 8, 9.50 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, March B._ Six armed men, who were disguised as students, "held up" the officials of the Moscow University, and robbed the safe of £O,OOO. The robbers escaped after killing' a police inspectoi*.
