EKETAHUNA.

(From Our Own Correspondent. Thursday. On Tuesday night, at ftireaha, a very successful social was held in the local hall ' in connection with the Anglican Church. The Rev. V, H. Kitcat, Mrs and Miss Maunsell, Miss Kershaw and Mrs Cowlaw, and a number of residents of Eketahuna, were present. During the evening a number of items were rendered. Light refreshments were provided. A substantial sum was realised, and will be donated to the Vicarage Fund. The many friends of Mr S. Marenzi, of Eketahuna, will be pleased to hear that he shot so well at the Tentham meeting, gin the Championship Mr Marenzi scored 444 in the aggregate, and this is a very creditable perfomance.
