MEETING OF BOARD OF ' MANAGEMENT.

The monthly meeting of the Board of Management of the Y.M.C.A. was held in the Association's rooms last evening. There were present — Messrs P. L. Hollings (in the chair), A. Donald, D. E. Parton, O. C. Feist, Rev. A. M. Johnson, and the Secretary. It was decided ,to hold the annual meeting on Monday, April Bth, and the President,\Mr D. E. Parton and the' Secretary were appointed a commrittee to prepare the annual report. It was decided to direct the Social 'Committee to arrange for a large public conversazione. Three new members were elected.

The Secretary of the Ladies' .Auxiliary wrote stating that the forthcoming bazaar was to take the form of "An Old English Village Fair," and requested the members of *the Board of Management to arrange the side-shows, etc. Owing to the Drill Hall not being availabe on the dates that were fixed at the last meeting, it was decided to alter the dates of the bazaar to June 19th, :20th, and 21st.
