PAHIATUA STOCK SALE. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., held their sale at the Pahiatua yards on Tuesday, when there was a good «ntry of both sheep and cattle, the majority of which were disposed of privately or under the hammer. A line of 1,200 2 and 4-tooth wethers sold at 14s 3d, sound-mouth but low-conditioned ewes 9s to lis, culls 5s Bd, shorn lambs 7s 3d, rams from l£gn, 2£-year steers 56s 6d, 18month steers 45s to 45s 6d, calves 10s to 15s.
