AN EXPERT'S OPINION ON GERMANIBATTLESHIPS. Received March 5, 8.4 a.m. BERLIN, March 4. Count Reventlow, naval expert, condemns ma.iy German battleships, which he declares are obsolete and unseaworthy, seventeen of them being mere floating coffins. He adds that it is impossible, under such ■conditions, for Germany to contemplate war with equanimity.
