' The United States Great Northern Railway Company's steamer Dakota, bound from Seattle to Yokohama .and Hongkong, is ashore in a bad position at Nashina Cape, Japan. The passengers were saved. The 'hull of the vessel is insured for £500,000, and the cargo for £50,000.
