Mr J. C. Boddington reports that rain fell on the Upper Plain ten days in February; maximum fall in 24 hours, 1.31 inches on 18th; minimum, 2 points On 6th and Bth; total,for the month, 3.41 inches, as against 2.18, 0.69, and 5.68 for 1904, 1905, and 1906. Total for the first two months, 8.77 inches as against 3.84, 2.46 and 7.73 for 1904, 1905, and 1906.
