CANADIAN MILLERS BENEFITED; Received This Morning, 1.2 o'clock. OTTAWA, March 1. The boycott of American flour by China has benefited Canadian millers to the extent of 100,000 bags. The Washburn Crosby Company of Minneapolis intend to erect an 8,000 barrel mill at Keewitan, in Manitoba.
