THE FINDLAY CASE.

DUNEDIN, Last Night. Leave of appeal has been granted !in the case of Findlay, who was convicted of robbery at Papakaio, by Mr Justice Williams, on the ground that the verdict was against the evidence. iHis Honor said that he had consulted with Mr Justice Cooper, who tried Findlay for murder, on the evidence, > -which, in nearly all respects, was the same. The case will come before the vO.ouirt of Appeal at the first sitting.
