MASTERTON CLUB. There was good muster of bowlers on the Masterton green yesterday, and a number of interesting games were played. Mesdames Rigg and O. Pragnell provided afternoon tea for the players and visitors. The following are + he results of the games:—E. McEwen and J. Scott (skip) 23 .beat J. Hessey and W. Pragneil 15. Long and Mutrie (skip) 19 lost to Hunter and Townsend (skip) 21. Feathers: Carpenter, Smith, Thompson and Richards (skip), holders, 27 beat A. McEwen, Cochrane and Ewington (skip), challengei's, . 24. Pragnell Star: Ewington 16 beat Cochrane 14. Ferns: Feist and Wright (skip), holders, 28 beat Braddock and Daniell (skip) 11. Grady Medals Competition: Rigg and Whittaker (skip) 22 beat W. Perry and Gordon (skip) 13; Scott and Cochrane (skip) 22 beat W. Pragnell and E. McEwen (skip) 18. In connection with the Booth Trophy the following have been selected to play at Masterton against Carterton, next Thursday, March 7th: —Richards, Mutrie, 0. Pragnell and Whittaker (skip). W.-P. Pragnell, Cresswell, Dupre and Cochrane (skip). Carpenter, Gordon, Scott and Ewington (skip). McEwen, W. Perry, Rigg and Coradine (skip). At Greytown, on Thursday, March 14th, -the following will represent the Masterton Club: — Braddock, Robieson, Long and Richards (skip), Mutrie, J. Smith, Gordon, and Townsend (skip). C.
