NOT GUILTY.
Received Last Night, 11.11 o'clock. NEW YORK, February 27. The State Supreme Court at Albany, by a majority of four to three, decided that Perkins was not guilty of larceny in subscribing to the Republican funds from the New York Life Association's resources. It was found that there was an absence of criminal intent.
