A PRIVATE COMPANY.

NAPIER, Last Night.
The old established firm of C. B. Hoadley and Son, land and estate agents here, was yesterday converted Into a private company, the shares •offered being considerably over-sub-scribed. The members of the new company •consist of some of the most influential and wealthy settlers of Hawke's Bay. Messrs C. B. Hoadley and H. V. Hoadley have become managing directors.
