RAILWAY CORPORATIONS.
Received Last Night, 11.50 o'clock. NEW YORK, February 25. President Roosevelt, in addressing the Harvard undergraduates, said that the honest, fair-dealing railway corporations would gain, not lose, by Federal control. He added that the State's rights should be preserved when they meant the people's rights, not when they meant the people's wrongs.
