Received February 25, 8.44 a.m, LONDON, February 24.
The Daily Express states that King Edward, during his recent visit to Paris, sent to the Kaiser a message of peace and goodwill. The assurance was timely, as the German press had begun to attribute anti-German motives to the visit.
