OMINOUS REPORTS. Received This' Morning, 12.15 o'clock. ST. PETERSBURG, February 22. The Opposition deputies aggregate nearly three-fourths' of the Duma and the Constitutional Democrats form one-third of the Duma. They secured a decisive victory in St. Petersburg. Ominous reports are current of reactionary intrigues in favour of fresh massacres as a pretext for closing the Duma.
