THE PAPAKAIO BURGLARY.

John Findlay was again charged before Mr Justice Williams with three charges of burglary and theft from the house of Rennie, who was murdered at Papakaio. At the last criminal sessions the jury disagreed, and a fresh trial was ordered. To-day, Mr J. F. M. Fraser, Crown Prosecutor, challenged fourteen of those who were called to constitute the jury, while Mr Hjorring, for accused, challenged five. The case is likely, to last two days. There are no new witnessse.
