HONDURAS FORCES ROUTED. Received February 21, 8.50 a.m. NEW YORK, February 20. After many hours lighting, General Jose Santos Zelaya, President of Nicaragua, routed the Honduras forces, under General Manuel Conilla, Presidnet of Honduras, at a point close to theNicaraguan frontier. (It was cabled on Saturday that Honduras and Nicaragua had agreed to arbitrate, in response to a hint by neighbouring Republics and by the United States.)
