UNREST IN VENEZUELA.

Received February 20, 8.27 a.m. NEW YORK, February 19. It is reported in New York that the revolutionary General Parebes and eighteen followers, including three' Americans, have been executed at Caracus, capital of the South American republic, Venezuela. (It was cabled on January 30th that General Mata, Governor of Caracus, and several soldiers were killed any many were wounded while trying to surprise a secret political meeting at the residence of General Gomez, Vice-President of Venezuela.)
