THE HOLLOWAY DRAMATIC COMPANY.

The following is a' brief outline of the plot of the mining drama, "The Coal King," which is ,to be staged at the Town Hall, to-night, by the Charles Holloway Dramatic Company: —The hero and heroine, Tom Roberts and Grace Shirley (Mr Robert Inman and Miss Beatrie Holloway), are intrigued against by one Walter Harford (Mr Godfrey Cass), assisted by (Mr Jefferson Taite), owing to Harford having got Shirley, the father of Grace, into his power. Accusations against the character of young Roberts, who is mine manager for "The Coal King," Sir Reginald Harford, Walter Harford's father, fall to the ground, as plots daringly devised and cunningly laid generally do. The end of the whole story is that it is made known by Mad Ann (Miss Rosa Conroy), who has brought up Sir Reg-inald's son in infancy along with her own, that Tom Roberts is truly Sir Reginald's son, while Walter Harford is her own. In short, to use the words of "Pinafore," "she mixed those babies up a many years ago." Not only is Walter Harford stripped of his position, but he is immediately arrested on a charge of murder, with a number of other charges in the background. "The Coal King" will be played for tonight only. To-morrow the wellknown drama, "Two Little Vagabonds," Will be staged, and on Thursday and Friday, the remaining two nights of the season, "The Shadows of a Great City" and "Under Remand" will be produced. The box plan is at Miss Rive's.
