THE TROUBLE IN CENTRAL AMERICA.
Received February 12, 10.6 p.m. NEW YORK, February 12. The United States, Mexico, Salvador, Costa Rica and Guatemala have informed Honduras and Nicaragua that they must settle their differences by means of arbitration. There was a revolt on a small scale at Tabriz, where the people seized the arsenal and closed the Government offices.
