Received February 7, 10.59jp.m. NEW YORK, February 7. v Evidence was called to show that Thaw's demeanour was irrational at the moment of the tragedy.. Boman, theatre stage-door keeper; testified that Standford White, in De-\ cember, 1903, threatened to kill Thaw. Witness informed the police and Thaw. The prosecution now subpoenaed Boman, to prevent his quitting the jurisdiction of the court.
