WELLINGTON SUPREME COURT.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, Feb. 4. At the Supreme Court, to-day, the Grand Jury threw out bills against Meihania Eopaana, murder and manslaugher, and Arthur H. Kidd, indecent assault. Alex. McLean was convicted of breaking and entering, and was sentenced to five years' imprisonment; Joseph Kelly, for breaking and entering, was sentenced to twelve months; James Boyle, for theft of a bicycle and dray, harness and horse, received a term of twelve months; Roderick McKenzie, for burglary, was sentenced to three years. His Honor declared McKenzie to be an habitual criminal. He has many convictions recorded against him, including seven years with two floggings for indecent assault.
