ATTEMPTED OUTRAGE AT AN | ODESSA SCHOOL. Received February 4, 9.2 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Feb. 3. Details of the attempted bomb outrage at a school in Odessa show that two youths, dressed in school uniform, left the building. Their conduct was considered suspicious, and an enquiry revealed an infernal machine, containing Slbs of gelignite with a fuse, which was burning within two and a half minutes of the cap. The students at the school were mostly Jews, who were studying under fifty professors. ONE HUNDRED ARRESTS. Received February 4, 9.2 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Feb. 3. One hundred arrests were made on Friday night in the factory districts in Warsaw. Colonel Brielski, Chief of the Gendarmes, was shot. The murderer escaped.
