Playgoers of the eighties, says an exchange, will remember Miss Ada Ward, who made her first appearance in "The Danicheffs" and subsequently toured the colonies. A few years after her return to England the public and the theatrical profession were surprised to learn that the talented actress had decided to leave the stage and take up evangelistic work, in which she has been engaged ever since.
