Received January 30, 9.43 p.m. JOHANNESBURG, Jan. 30. A mass meeting of Johannesburg unemployed decided to petition Mr J. B. Robinson to relieve the misery that was fast driving them to ruin and despair. The Government are also to be memorialised to expatriate the unemployed. AN INTENDED BARGAIN.
