Received January 30, 10.55 p.m. LONDON, January 30. Reuter's Washington correspondent states that Sir J. A. Swettenham, Governor of Jamaica, has withdrawn his letter to Admiral Davis and has expressed his regrets. The incident is now considered to be closed.
