THE REDEN MINE EXPLOSION.

THREE HUNDRED MEN IMPRISONED. Received January 30, 8.30 a.m. PARIS, January 29. Extensive devastation was caused at Reden, many people being mangled by the force of the explosion. A fire in the workings imperils three hundred men number, it is estimated, imprisoned in the mine. Poisonous fumes frustrate the desperate attempts to rescue the miners. It is feared that one party of rescuers has perished.
