There was a rather small attendance on the Exhibition Sports Ground, this afternoon, when the sports meeting of the New Zealand Athletic Union was concluded. As on Thursday, the pipe contests were carried on simultaneously with the athletic events. The following are. the results of the principal events : Grand Championship Bagpipe Music (reels and strathpeys), Sir Joseph Ward's trophy and <£6 first prize, second £2, third £1. —A. G. Duncan, Southland, 1; John McGregor, Timaru, 2; W. Jenkins, Invercargill, 3. Vaulting Championship of New Zealand, first prize medal, second medal. William Fitzgerald, Ashburton, (height 10ft Of-in), 1; George Campbell, Temuka, (height 9ft 9|in), 2; J. Stuart, Christchurch (height Bft 6in), 3. Championship Wrestling, collar-and-elbow style, late Mr Seddon's gold medal.—Frank Forde, Invercargill, 1; R. S. Scott, Invercargill, 2; W. Forde, Invercargill, 3.
