DEVELOPMENT OF MEXICO.
Received January 25, 8.38 a.m. LONDON, January 24. President Diaz, of the Mexican Republic, has inaugurated the Tehuantepec iwaterway and railway, which will be constructed chiefly by British enterprise and capital. The railway between Salina Cruz and Coatzacoalcos has been opened for traffic.
