' On Monday Dean Fitchett will move , in the Anglican Synod, the second reading of a Bill to give the Primate the title of Archbishop'of New Zealand. The Bishop of Waipu moved the second reading of the Bill to provide for the appointment of Co-adju-tor Bishops. After discussion, the motion was .defeated on the voices.'
