IRISH EDUCATION.
Received January 23, 8.33 a.m. LONDON, January 22.. A Royal Commission recommends the creation of a college in acceptable to Catholics; also, in the .event of the establishment of a new college in the University of Dublin, or the Royal University, that there should be facilities for inter-col-legiate co-operation between such college and Trinity College.
