WOODVILLE AUTUMN MEETING. \ The Woodville District Jockey Club has fixed "on February 20th and 21st as the dates of its Annual Meeting, the programme for which will be found in this issue. In all particulars it is similar to that issued twelve months ago, and no doubt will lead to another highly successful gathering.- Amongst the most important items set out for the open classes are the Woodville Cup of 200 sovs, one mile and a quarter; President's Handicap, of 70 sovs, seven furlongs; Autumn Handicap, of 150 sovs, one : imile and a distance; and Maharahara ' Handicap, of 60 sovs, one mile. There is plenty of entertainment for hacks, always a strong point of this fixture, and doubtless liberal support will be forthcoming. Entries will close with the Secretary, Mr E. J. Gothard, Woodville, on February 4th.
