By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 17. The Exhibition Bowling Tournament was continued in "favourable weather, to-day. ' The light rain early this morning detracted somewhat from the condition of the different greens, but this defect was remedied shortly afterwards by the general assistance of bright sunshine. The :doublehanded tournament contest was spread over the Canterbury, United, St. Albans, Christchurch, Sydenham, and Sunnyside greens, while the rink games, and a number of doublehanded games also, were played on the Canterbury green. The section winners continued the last stages of the rink 'championship. Dunedin (McLaren) defeated Christchurch (McDougall) by 21 to 19 after 'an exciting game, and St. Albans (Johnston) pulled the match against Hastings (Land) out of the fire on the last Kaituna (Payne) easily disposed'of Thorndon (Leighton), and, Taieri (Carswell) inflicted a severe drubbing upon Palmerston North (Nash). Kaituna and Dunedin and St.'Albans and .Taieri will meet in the semi-finals probably to-m6rrow, and it is hoped to play the final match on Saturday.
