PERSIA.
ANOTHER CLAIMANT TO THE THRONE. Received January 11, 8.37 a.m. LONDON, January 11. The Teheran correspondent of the Daily Mail states that Muzaffer-ed-Din's third son, Israt, has raised a force of ten thousand men at Luristan, in the west of Persia, in the hope of capturing the throne from the new Shah, Mohammed Ali Mirza. He has no prospect of success, though some trouble in the south is probable.
