ANOTHER OFFICIAL SHOT. Received January 11* 9.11 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Jan. 10. Colonel Andrieff, chief of the Lodz gendarmes, has been shot dead in a street of the city. . The Russian police are decapitating executed terrorists or suicides, and preserving their heads in spirits to facilitate identification. THE LATE GENERAL PAVLOFF. Received January 11, 9.30 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Jan. 10. General Pavloff,-who was murdered in the court-yard of his official residence, scarcely ventured outside his official residence, and u . extraordinary precautions had been taken to prevent the entrance of strangers. The assassin emptied two revolvers while trying to escape. Received January 11, 10.55 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Jan. 11. The Czar wrote on the official report on General Pavloff that the death of the General was a loss difficult to replace, and of an honest, , strong man. The assassin was Jcourtmartialled and sentenced to death. TERRORISTS ARRESTED. Received January 11, 10.35 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Jan. 11. On an informer's denunciation one hundred revolutionary terrorists were arrested at Warsaw.
