UNION BANK.
Received January 9, 11.25 p.m. LONDON, January 9. The Union Bank has declared a dividend of 10 per cent, and a bonus of 2 per cent. Thirty-five thousand pounds have been added to the reserve, £20,000 to the officers' fund, and £31,000 has been carried forward.
