THE CALLIOPE DOCK DISASTER.
By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, January 8. The coroner's inquiry touching the accident to the Mamari in the Calliope Dock recently, whereby three men lost their lives, was concluded to-day, when the jury returned a verdict to the effect that the accident was due to the unsuitability of the blocks in the dock.
