HOME RULE MOVEMENT.
By Telegraph —Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, January B.' Mr Devlin, the Home Rule Envoy, addressed a crowded meeting in the Theatre Royal to-night. A motion was carried unanimously affirming the desirability of granting self-Government to Ireland. Cheers were given for Mr Devlin.
