The New International Chess Congress was resumed to-day with the following results: —Twelfth round —James beat Edwards, Viner beat Kelling, Barnes v. Sainsbury, Cummings v. Gifford drawn, Gould v. Forsyth unfinished. Thirteenth round —James beat Forsyth, Craken- ) thorp beat Barnes, Edwards beat J. Mason, beat Grierson, Gifford beat Gould, Sdiinsbury beat Kelling, i Kumrner beat Cummings, Sexton v. f Stev art a draw, Viner v. Blake [ Mason unfinished, position even. J. Mason beat Parker in the fourth round.
