The explosion killed two passengers, and injured several others. SOCIAL REVOLUTIONARIES ARRESTED. Received December 28, 8.41 am. ST. PETERSBURG, Dec. 28. A committee consisting of 18 Social Revolutionaries have been arrested at Irkutsk. THE SOCIAL REVOLUTIONARY PARTY. TERRORISM TO BE PURSUED. Received December 28,9.36 p.m. LONDON, December 28. Reuter's St. Petersburg correspondent states that the leaders of the Social Revolutionary Party have resolved to ceaselessly pursue terrorism during the elections on the ground that int'inidation is tue only effective weapon against an iniqult ous regime.
