The following penalties shall be carried by the winner of any race'after declaration of weights: Of the value of 50 sovs, 61bs; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 sovs, 81bs: 150 sovs, lOlbs; 300;sovs and over, 141bs, provided that any horse handicapped at Bst lOlbs and over will only carry half these penalties.
